We all know storing foods a certain way can keep them fresh for longer. That’s what we have a fridge for, right? Well sometimes you find that it actually has the opposite of the desired affect.

Bananas of course, can go in the fridge. The difference is how fast you want them to ripen or go off. The cold encourages them to age quickly, which means you lose their nutrients and they become induced with sugar. They’re probably better at room temperature, but – it’s your choice!
